Refund Policy
At NBB Academy, we understand that students may occasionally change their minds about enrolling in a course for various reasons. Consequently, we have established a comprehensive refund policy to accommodate these situations. Please note that refunds for online courses will only be processed under specific conditions:
1. The student has not accessed any part of the course.
2. The request for a refund is made in writing via email, at least three business days after the date of purchase (email will be sent to notify you of this).
3. A full refund will be provided, subject to a $100 processing fee.
4. Refunds will not be granted for any online course materials (including syllabi) once the course has been accessed in any manner.
Should you choose to accept the delivery of course materials, such as books, study guides, CDs, self-study kits, videos, etc., and subsequently decide they are not required, you will be responsible for returning these items in their original packaging and condition. It is important to note that refunds are not available for Kindle books or e-books. Additionally, there may be restocking and shipping fees associated with the return of books.
It is imperative to acknowledge that by enrolling in and accessing your online course, you have consented to our refund policy. Please be aware that no extensions will be granted for course completion. Failure to complete the course by the deadline outlined in your welcome letter will result in additional fees for extended access.
