Refund Policy
At NBB Academy, we understand that students may occasionally change their minds about enrolling in a programfor various reasons. Consequently, we have established a clear refund policy to accommodate these situations.
Online Programs Refund Policy
Please note that refunds for online programs will only be processed under specific conditions:

No Program Access: The student has not accessed any part of the program content, including but not limited to modules, lessons, or downloadable materials.

Timely Written Request: The request for a refund must be submitted in writing via email to support@nbbacademy.com within three business days of the purchase date.

Processing Fee: A full refund will be provided, subject to a $100 processing fee.

No Refunds After Access: Refunds will not be granted for any online program materials (including syllabi) once the program has been accessed in any manner. This policy is strictly enforced.
Physical Program Materials
Should you choose to accept the delivery of physical program materials (such as books, study guides, CDs, self-study kits, or videos) and subsequently decide they are not required, you will be responsible for returning these items. They must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Please be aware that refunds are not available for Kindle books or e-books. Additionally, restocking and shipping fees may apply to the return of physical materials.
Important Enrollment Information
By enrolling in and accessing your online program, you acknowledge and consent to our refund policy.
Please be aware that no extensions will be granted for program completion. Failure to complete the program by the deadline outlined in your welcome letter will result in additional fees for extended access.
